Buyer need to raise the return/exchange request within 07 days from the delivery date. Customer need to raise Return/Exchange request by contacting us - firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
The product need to be returned within 7 days with original packing and invoice, as per following reasons:
- Product was defective
- Product was damaged during Shipping
- Product’s spare part was/were missing
- Wrong Product was sent by mistake
- Product size was not the same as your order.
- No Refund Would Be Granted On Minor Damages
- We will pick up the product and provide the exchange.
